Coaching Awards
Foundation Coach Award
The course is designed to help participants develop a foundational understanding of coaching practices and techniques, ensuring they can plan and deliver safe and effective coaching activities under the supervision of a more qualified coach.
Group Coach Award
The course is designed to prepare participants to independently plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions, as well as support and oversee other coaches.
Personal Coach Award
The Personal Coach Award is designed to equip existing Group or Level 2 coaches with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively coach individual athletes. The comprehensive learning program covers essential aspects of 1:1 coaching, including athlete profiling and planning, fostering strong coach-athlete relationships, utilising technology for athlete monitoring and managing coaching as a business.

Swim Bike Run Leader Award
The Award is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead guided swims, bike rides and runs for groups of beginners and intermediate level adults and children

Open Water Coaching
The one-day workshop has a mix of theory and practical designed to support the development of open water coaching knowledge and ability.
Strength and Conditioning
This course is designed to help coaches understand how to prepare, deliver, and review safe and effective strength and conditioning sessions within a non-weighted (body weight only exercises) environment.
Coaching Children and Young People in Triathlon
By focusing on the unique needs of children and young people, this course equips coaches with the knowledge and skills to create a positive and effective triathlon experience for young athletes.
Club Coach Mentor Award
The course will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to develop effective mentoring relationships and support the growth and development of your mentees. Through a series of interactive activities and group discussions, you'll gain a deep understanding of the role of a mentor, the principles of mentoring, and how to create a safe environment for your mentee. You'll also learn how to begin a mentoring relationship, develop key listening, questioning, and reflection skills, and understand and apply models to support growth and development.

Triathlon Specific First Aid
The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification enables learner to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill. This one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills and confidence to ensure a safe environment.
Understanding Open Water Safety
This course is designed for coaches, leaders, activators, and anyone supporting open water swimming who wants to better understand the safety aspects involved. While it does not qualify you to act as safety personnel, it will give you the knowledge to recognise potential risks, support safe activity, and work more effectively within the environment.
Including Disabled People in Triathlon
This engaging and informative online workshop, facilitated by experienced tutors, is designed to equip coaches, activators, and leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to create an inclusive and supportive environment for people with disabilities.
Understanding Safeguarding for 14-17 year old Coaches, Leaders and Activators
This course is designed to give 14-17 year olds a strong foundation in safeguarding, helping you understand how to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone in sport.
Body Confident Sport
Body Confident Coaching is a web-based, self-guided program that provides coaches with the knowledge and skills to create positive body image environments for their athletes. There are three total modules plus several videos speaking with coaches and experts in the field.
Safeguarding and Protecting Children
This workshop will raise your awareness of the tell-tale signs of abuse and give you the tools and confidence you need to deal with any issues sensitively, appropriately and effectively should the need ever arise in your coaching career. The workshop will also help you recognise poor practice and the red flags of abuse, while also prompting a review of your practice to ensure that you provide a positive and enriching experience for all children.
